Brimesha Morton, 26, passed away on September 23, 2025 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Mo. She was born on January 5, 1999 in Lansing, Michigan to Brian Morton and Ethel Morton. She grew in Lansing, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her Grandmother Carlen Morton, Aunt (TeTe) Michelle Hastings, and cousin Melissa Murray.

She is survived by her parents Brian and Ethel Morton; children, Zayla Murray-Hannah, and Kareem Murray; siblings, Zavier Murray (Courtney), Brian Morton Jr (Jordan), and Marissa Morton (Jason); grandparents, Moses Morton and Mildred Murray; Aunts and uncles, Debra Bradley, Andrew Morton( Kisha), Marlawn Heavenly VII (Sylvia), Christopher Murray, Mahylia Davis (Dontay), Laura Morton, Zerrika Delecruz (Alfredo); Nieces and Nephews, Syteriou, Nieca, Nikerria, Layla, Princeton, Zavier Jr, Melikki, Naylonie, Geovoni, Joy, Messiah, Tyree, and Michelle; Cousins Nikiah, Amere, Jevon, Devondria, RJ, Myah, Deon, Skylar, Alliah, Marley, Kristopher, Destiney, Damaria, Daylnn, Deyonie, Rashonda, Freddy Jr, Keyonna, and Joseph; Special friends, Zaria Bullock, Franklin, Misty, Barbara, Teresa and Nicole Henson.
