Mr. Clarence L. Parker was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Esther Mae Hubley.
He was affectionally known as "Brother".
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Esther M. Hubley and his sister, Reginia V. Hubley.
Clarence attended Central High School, where he graduated.
He joined the Navy, where he spent countless years, then he left with an honorable discharge.
He then started employment with Allied Signal, where he worked for over 30 years.
After retirement from Allied Signal, he worked countless more years for the US Postal Services until his health began to decline, so he retired.
In his early life, he enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing on occasions, and hanging out with friends and family.
He leaves to cherish in his memory one son, Lavance (Shawn) Parker. Four grandchildren; JaVaunce Parker, Kiara Parker, Daijon Parker, Samiyah Parker. Two brothers; Lamar C. Hubley, Walter (Maria) Hubley. A close friend, Nathaniel (Richacta Moore-Brown) Brown. Special cousins; Thomas and Anna Bibbs and son, Ronald Bibbs. And a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
