Obituary

Connor J Souther, age 20, of Lexington, Missouri, passed away on July 14, 2024. Connor was born on December 11, 2003 to Tiffeny and Heath Souther. Connor was the 3rd in line of 6 CHILDREN.

Connor’s family moved to Lexington, MO in 2022 from Elizabeth, CO where Connor spent most of his childhood and made long-lasting friendships.

Connor achieved his High-Set Diploma after moving to Missouri. During his youth Connor received the rank of PFC in the Douglas County Young Marines, a program designed to inspire America’s youth. Connor was working at Advanced Industries in Odessa, MO prior to his death. Prior to this position Connor had been a part of the Iron Workers Local 10 in Kansas City, MO.

It was a heavy day for his family and friends when Connor went home to heaven to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Connor’s family is very saddened by the sudden death of one of the vital pieces to their family. Connor was a very sweet young man who touch the lives of so many people even if he never realized it. Connor never hesitated to talk or pray with friends or coworkers who were going through tough times in their lives even through his own struggles and pain. Connor loved spending his time going to the gym, learning to play guitar, listening to music, hanging out with buddies and siblings, fishing, playing video games or just hanging out with his dogs. Connor was one who lived his life big, and he loved even bigger.

From the time Connor was just a little kid he loved to make people laugh. He would tell silly jokes or make silly faces to bring out the smiles in the people around him. Connor grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball. He loved spending time with his Grandpa Richard Beach fishing or just making him laugh. Connor had a mindset to make a life for himself and never hesitated to try something new. He will be dearly missed by so many and leaves behind a legacy of love for his family and friends. There will not be a day when his family doesn’t feel the void left behind but there is comfort in knowing that Connor had a strong faith in God and that he is now the guardian angel over his family.
