Fredrick Tywonn Wraggs, Was born on December 28th 1980 in Louisville Ms. To Mr.Fred Riddle and Ms Elizabeth D.Smith and soon after was Adopted by Mr.Oliver Wraggs and Mrs.Carthenia Wraggs at a young age.

Fredrick (FreddyB) Attended school in Louisville Ms. Than moved to Kansas City Mo. Where he attended Central Middle and De La Salle Education Center. Freddy Was a Loving Devoted,Caring,kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back, FreddyB was a jack of all trades and love to fix on cars and houses it wasn’t nothing he couldn’t fix. Freddy loved the kids he would take they feet and and bite they toe’s even thru they shoe’s and tell them I got yo dookie feet the kids would run cry and laugh and tell the other to watch out uncle FreddyB want’s y’all dookie feet.

FreddyB love taking the kids to park/splash pad and the bay swimming pool and feeding them 7-11 pizzas and now&laters. Freddy was loved by so many people you could call him and he’ll come running no matter what is was. Freddy had a crazy but funny personality starting with Rachet once he put that wig on he would have you laughing for hours. Freddy love eating chicken and drinking 211 and fireballs. Freddy was the life of the party and our dj and picture man he will truly be missed. Fredrick(FreddyB) Wraggs Departed his life in the comfort of his home on Sunday August 10,2025, Fredrick is proceeded in death by his two adopted parents Mr.Oliver wraggs and Mrs.Carthenia Wraggs, Grandmother Hommalee Triplett, Grandfather James Davis, Son Lil Freddie Taylee Wragg, Niece Kabresha Wragg, Nephew Zykevious Crosby, Great Nephew Deanques Wraggs Jr., Two Special Friends/Brother’s Mikel Lane & Diamond Wren.
