James Pittman Stephens, affectionately known as James Pittman, was born November 19, 1984, and departed this life on August 25, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the son of James E. Stephens and the late Delories Pittman-Stephens. 

James was a loving brother to Ingrid Hubbard and a cherished uncle to Derrick Isaiah Hubbard and Imani D. Hubbard. James was a handsome and charming man with a personality that was impossible to overlook. He possessed a wonderful sense of humor and loved to joke, laugh, and make those around him smile. To his family and friends, James was often the comedian of the group, bringing laughter and light into everyday moments. 

James enjoyed spending time with friends and sharing moments with the people around him. Those who knew him will remember his presence, his individuality, and the memories created along the way. Though his earthly journey has come to an end, the love he gave and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His life touched others in ways that will continue beyond this day, and his memory will be carried forward with love.
