Paul was born December 4th 1965 in Kansas City, Missouri to his mother Mary Fogle (Neel). He was the oldest of 4 children; preceded in death by his sister Theresa Neel, survived by his brother James Neel and sister Jamie Neel. He had one nephew, Kyle Neel.

Paul had 2 daughters whom he loved very much with Tierra White (Martin); the oldest being Tierra Fogle and the youngest being Mercedes Fogle. Although he only had 2 children he was a father figure to many!

Paul was an amazing grandfather to his granddaughters Tianna Fogle and Lola Rodriguez and grandson Jose Rodriguez Jr. He was able to spend 3 amazing years with his great granddaughter Journee Fogle. Paul had 3 nieces and 2 nephews from his previous marriage."

Paul Fogle was a great man, father, and grandfather. Known to lend a helping hand without batting an eye. On many occasions he gratefully stepped up, playing the father role to his granddaughter Tianna with whom he had a very close relationship. He enjoyed spending time with his family and watching the Kansas City Chiefs play every season. Despite his health issues, Paul was a hardworking man, always providing for his “girls” and teaching them life lessons that will stick with them forever. Paul was loved by many."
